Thursday 3 July 2014 - USP Camp Day 2

-Breakfast
It was just bread, nothing much to talk about.

-Beach Battle
We headed to the beach and our first game was dodgeball , with a twist. There'll be a chosen acrobat in the middle and the opponent would have to pair up, one blind-folded and the other not, and they will lead the blind-folded to the water bomb and attempt to direct him to throw it at the acrobat. So Shilun and Christine basically won us the game.

Our second game was really stupid. We're supposed to use different parts of our body to carry a sponge to the sea and back and fill a bottle with the water soaked inside. Our opponent simply let their people go into the water, go back to the bottle, strip their top and squeeze all the water inside. That was not sporty at all. Obviously, we lost this game.

Our third game was supposed to be Water Captain's Ball, but 30 seconds after we got into the water, it rained so we headed back. Along the way, we were told to carry on the game, but on the beach now. It wasn't as easy as it seems because the beach isnt flat, it's rather sloped downward. But still , it was a very enjoyable experience.

We skipped our fourth game as we lacked time, and we merely headed to the war games. We had to join teams with 2 other OGs and build sandcastle while the opponent would throw water bombs and attempt to reveal a bamboo stick covered inside. I played the role of a carriage and kept on resupplying my team with water bombs. There was utter chaos and we won eventually, by a large margin. Following which, we went to the public shower and had a quick washup followed by lunch.

-War Games 2
There's 3 parts to this war game. Harvesting, Building and Raiding.
Harvesting - This part is really hilarious because our whole OG just dived into the ring (it looks somewhat like hunger games) and snatched majority of the materials and just ran back. After a while we were just trying to disturb Zyanya.

Building - We were supposed to build a structure to withstand water bombs and at the same time protect a t-shirt from getting wet. We build a structure and decorated it like the animal in our flag , so it resembles our flag.

Raiding - Somehow, everyone just came throwing water bombs at our OG , every though Azarya's flag was completely dry. Poor Gladys though , kept getting thrown at . It seems like people were throwing the bombs at her face instead of the structure.

-Picnic
So we had a little snack after the tough fight. We ended up playing connect AGAIN . We were all covered in saltwater and went for Mass Dance 2. I don't know does it affect it but I felt REALLY very humid and sweaty all over. So sorry Phillina you had to dance with someone so dirty ! During this lesson we completed the whole dance and even though 30% of the dance I'm wondering what should i do , I still enjoyed it thoroughly.

-Night
That night, we prepared ourselves for the amazing race. We assigned roles and solved clues and planned the route. It was a long night but we did well.
